Facial Add-ons

Most of our facial treatments can be enhanced from our a la carte add on menu. At HM Advanced Skin & Lash Spa we offer:

Ultrasonic Deep Cleansing

A high-level sound wave technology that penetrates deeper than the dermal layer, increasing the temperature of the surrounding tissue therefore increasing oxygenation to the cells.

Microcurrent is a low-level current that mimics the body’s natural current and can provide both instant and cumulative anti-aging results. The treatment is soothing and can help with contouring, toning and firming of aging skin.

DLP – Red / Amber Light Therapy

Deep Red and amber lights deliver a soothing regeneration effect to aging skin. These light spectrums penetrate deep into the dermis layers, stimulating fibroblast that generate production of Collagen and Elastin, resulting in the general reduction and reversal of fine lines and wrinkles along with firm plump skin texture. The Anti-Aging treatment also provides a soothing effect to the external layers of skin, enhancing natural coloration while reducing the signs of aging due to blemishes, sun and age spots.

DLP – Blue Light Therapy (non-UV)

Blue light spectrum has demonstrated the ability to target and destroy bacteria that reside on or in the dermis layers of skin, at a depth that traditional acne treatment topicals can’t reach. Blue light therapy diminishes inflammation and prevents acne breakouts.

Your face has a superficial layer of both dry and dead skin, but you have healthy skin under there. Let people see the real you with microdermabrasion.

The “abrasion” part of the word scares some, but microdermabrasion is a “minimally invasive procedure”. Our diamond crusted wand gently sloughs off the dead, dull skin whilst suctioning and stimulating blood circulation, revealing the younger, brighter you

How long does microdermabrasion take?

The microdermabrasion procedure can be performed as a stand alone treatment or for the ultimate facial can be added to most of our facial treatments. We recommend routine procedures every two or three weeks for your best skin.

Chemical Peels

Minimally invasive cosmetic procedures can offer clients significant benefits without excessive downtime. As a result, such procedures have become increasingly popular. Chemical peels consistently rank in the top five most-requested non-invasive cosmetic procedures.

A chemical peel is the use of an acidic solution applied to the skin to improve a variety of skin issues. Chemical peels stand the test of time because they provide clear benefits with minimal downtime. Chemical peels can address uneven skin tone, photodamage, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, scarring and lackluster complexion.

How long does a chemical peel take to heal?

Skin starts to peel in 2-4 days and can last for another 3 days.

How long does a chemical peel last?

Chemical peels can be performed as an individual treatment or in a series of peels, approximately 3 to 4 weeks apart for more dramatic results.
